Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DCN Sermons website and mobile app, operated by Disciples Christian Network (“DCN”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

DCN Sermons provides sermons, live services, devotionals, Bible reading plans, events, giving, prayer requests and related community features to members and guests of Disciples Christian Network.

Accounts

Guest browsing is available for public content. Creating an account unlocks library sync, giving, notifications and community features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Use the Service respectfully and lawfully. Do not upload or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or intended to harass; do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

Giving

Donations (tithes, offerings and project giving) are voluntary and processed securely by our payment partner, Paystack. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or made in error; contact us and we will review in good faith.

Store and events

Purchases of physical or digital goods and event tickets are subject to the price, delivery and availability shown at checkout. Digital goods are made available to your account library on successful payment.

Content and intellectual property

Sermons, teaching materials, artwork and branding on the Service belong to DCN or its licensors. You may stream and download content for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not redistribute, resell or publicly rebroadcast it without written permission.

User-submitted content

Prayer requests, testimonies, community posts and similar submissions remain yours, but you grant DCN a licence to store, moderate and display them within the Service for the purpose you submitted them.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, DCN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
